The Lagos State Government has committed to partnering with Rotary International to enhance humanitarian services and provide relief to its citizens.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu made the disclosure during a courtesy visit by District Governors of Rotary International District 9111, Rtn (Dr ) Wole Kukoyi and Rotary International District 9112, Rtn Femi Adenekan to the Lagos House, Marina today.
Governor Sanwo-Olu stated t “ We reiterated our dedication to collaborating so as to strengthen humanitarian services and tackle the urgent needs of our citizens, which are core principles of Rotary International “.
In their separate remarks, the said their districts cover Lagos and Ogun States, and they would wish to partner with the government and its agencies for greater impact.
Present at the meeting were: Spouse of District Governor D9112, Mrs Femi Adenekan; District Governor -elect District 9112, Rtn Lanre Adedoyin ; District Governor- Nominee District 9111, Rtn Bukola Bakare and Rtn Jide Ogunleye of Rotary Club of Omole Golden.
